Let's see---Lewis and Clark---1805 to 1905 = 100 years.....1805 to 2005 = 200 years.....hmmm.

OOPS--seems like the Chinook are going to play a part in the upcoming BI-centennial and NOT the TRI-centennial...my mistake, sorry.

And, although the Hudson's Bay Company ran a road right past it, northward from Ft. Vancouver, this largest of all villages never did appear on any known HBC maps.
