It's a very long shot, and I am not in any way, promoting this, but----
Chinook Chief Clif Snider is a retired school teacher from the Portland area, and if he was approached very carefully about this--he might just speak to your class. He is very busy these days, with full recognition just around the corner, and the upcoming Bi-Centennial of the Lewis & Clark Expedition planning taking place, and etc.
