Thanks again for the info! I checked out the Boston Globe archives, but unfortunately, you need a subcribtion to view articles that are that old. I'm going to check out my library's resourses though, I'm pretty sure that they have back issues of the Globe. I also looked up Tillicums on the official website. VC has ethernet connection, so luckily it took no time at all to download. I'd have to agree with you and call this whole thing one big mess. Ok, I read somewhere that the Quinault and the Chinook were tribal enemies of the past. However, I am not inclined to believe this due to all of the info I have read on this subject. It seems to me that the Quinault are more worried about losing their authority over the reservation (which actually belongs in part to the Chinook) than settling old scores. Would love to hear your thoughts on this when you have the time. Thanks!
