To clear up a point:
As posted on Chinooktribe.org--press releases-- there are 7 Criteria that a Tribe must meet to qualify for Federal Recognition. The Cowlitz Tribe qualified just fine, and they have the same legal people that the Chinook Tribe has.
What's up with THAT?
